In 2022, Allpro in partnership with Honk Mobile launched Flex Parking, a new parking solution designed to meet the needs of the hybrid work schedule. Flex Parking allows people to purchase parking sessions in bulk to be used when needed. This provided a cost-effective and convenient way to park for those who only need to come into the office a few days a week.

As the marketing manager responsible for launching Flex Parking, I was involved in every aspect of the project. I worked with a team at Honk Mobile who developed the technology, created a launch plan, and trained our sales team on the new product.
